Acquisition pathways

  1. Status: Available

    Subcontract or teaming under a prime

    S3 joins a pursuit or a live program as a subcontractor or teaming partner. The work runs under the prime’s contract and the vehicle the prime already holds.

  2. Status: Available

    Direct award to a SAM-registered small business

    A federal buyer can award a requirement to S3 directly, for example through simplified acquisition procedures where the requirement qualifies.

  3. Status: Available

    Direct agreement outside federal acquisition

    Commercial organizations and public-sector buyers outside the federal system can contract with S3 directly, under an agreement scoped to the work.

Defined Work Packages

S3 takes ownership of a scoped body of technical work under a subcontract, with defined deliverables, acceptance criteria, and a delivery schedule that fits the prime’s program plan.

Team Augmentation

S3 engineers work inside the prime’s existing team, repositories, and processes, adding senior technical capacity to a program without adding organizational overhead.

Task Order Support

S3 provides responsive technical capacity against task orders on an existing vehicle, scaling effort to the requirement as the program moves through its phases.
